Flip & Sear was born from the desire to serve the highest quality burger dining experience that would be affordable to all. Founders Abu and Munib are cousins from North West London, who have grown up with a passion for food and creative cooking. Together they set out on one ultimate task, to create the perfect burger and thus, Flip & Sear came to life!

We use only the highest quality ingredients; starting from our unique handmade Demi-Brioche Buns to the 100% Wagyu beef. Wagyu is a Japanese breed of beef cattle known to be the most premium and prized beef available in today's market. It is highly sought after for its high marbling content and rich flavour, making it the perfect choice for our burgers.
